Volunteers ALWAYS Needed
Willow Creek Little League is a non-profit, parent-run, volunteer organization established to provide a recreational softball program. All League activities are planned and performed by parent-volunteers. This includes organizing teams, securing fields, arranging uniforms, scheduling over 360 games, coordinating with neighbor leagues, maintaining this website, paying the bills, and of course, managing and coaching all the players for a season. All together this work requires 100+ volunteers each season.

How Do I Become A Volunteer?
Registering to volunteer in any role is done through the Registration Info tab, above.   All volunteers are required pass a background check.

What Can I Volunteer To Do?
Click here to learn about the different volunteer roles available. No experience is required to become a volunteer, and most volunteer opportunities require little or no training. For new (and returning!) coaches, Willow Creek Softball provides you with the training and support to be successful. The best volunteers are those who are able to bring joy to the game. What you see during Little League games is a mere fraction of what you can do as a volunteer.
