Umpire expectations and responsibilities
As an umpire, you are managing the game, enforcing rules, and ensuring sportsmanship. You're making calls using your best judgment, and those calls are not arguable. You are often using your knowledge to educate players. If anyone (spectators, players, or coaches) are acting inappropriately, you are empowered to eject them.
The Umpire is fair and impartial, and there to ensure rules are followed and that the game is played safely. We're glad you're here, Blue!
